Best experience we’ve had in gatlinburg. Positive: We loved the amazing view from the cabin. The cabin had everything you could think of, from games to kitchen appliances and more. The cabin was super clean and spacious.Olenia the property manager was exceptional. She was always one text away and even called us to see bears at their other property . Definitely recommend booking this cabin.

Beautiful and spacious; needs bigger hot water heater and more shower pressure. Positive: Beautiful and Spacious. Negative: Not enough hot water or shower pressure to accommodate 2 showers at once. We had to limit our showers to 2 minutes and space them out in order to have hot water for showers. If someone else takes a shower at the same time as master bath, the pressure decreases to virtually nothing. We could not turn on the light to the ceiling fan in master bedroom, not sure if the missing remote was the only to turn on the light or if the bulb was blown out. Also, check out time is extremely early, the earliest (9am) we ever had for a cabin/house rental and we are experienced travelers.

Great we are making planning to come back. But we may need a larger place Positive: The amenities were great Negative: Honestly the only complaint was I had to clean off some spider webs on the decks and deck furniture. Other than that it was perfect.

Positive: Cabin is beautiful- view is even better!

Positive: I love the size of this cabin and They were no cabin right next door to it. So you had total privacy. Negative: There are a few things that need to be done to the cabin the front door is broke is barely locks from a previous time that a bear got in the cabin. The ice Maker keeps jamming up. And one of the shower heads keeps falling off. But everything else was in good condition.
